Our multilingual and experienced team have been on ground in the Middle East since the turn of the Millenium and settled in Doha in 2011, implementing the first ever appearance of WWE in the Middle East. Being involved in the realization of numerous events, corporate and private, for clients like HAMAD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, QATAR TOURISM or POWER INTERNATIONAL HOLDING, we are now concentrating more and more on producing and booking family live attractions, mainly for emerging markets all over the world.

Our portfolio reaches from Western names to Asian and Arab popstars, from famous children show brands to theatrical experiences. We have worked with them all, from CÉLINE DION to U2, from COLDPLAY to ANDREA BOCELLI, from STOMP to DISNEY’S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, from AMR DIAB to MYRIAM FARES, from SHAH RUKH KHAN to REGINE VELASQUEZ. We have presented them in ticketed concerts, we have booked them into weddings and other private functions and we have brought them to governmental and corporate events. We know how to fill a red carpet and we have the right names for it. We book all that content at transparent daily market fees, unrivaled and always strongly competitive. But we also do the planning, we execute the contract negotiations including financial agreements and taxes, we book logistics and travel arrangements, we support and assist the artists, we coordinate technical requirements and we provide the respective staff. Our programs for conferences, galas, roadshows and presentations are always exciting, global, colorful and with the highest possible information content. They are entertaining and optimize the feeling of togetherness. We do our best to transcend messages into opulent images. Our in-house graphics team creates the perfect representations of our storytelling team’s ideas. The most realistic representations possible are created in storyboards and renderings and with the help of AI technologies in order to explain all processes, facilities, buildings and programs to the customer in advance and to discuss them with him accordingly. In this way, we design exact and perfect events, neatly corresponding to the customer’s ideas.

FIFA WORLD CUP 2022 / FIFA FANFEST STAGE PROGRAM

Al Bidda Park, Doha, Qatar

November - December 2022

On behalf of our esteemed partner and client FISCHER APPELT we booked and executed the entire stage entertainment program for the main stage, with more than 170 performance slots in 29 days. Bands, Performers, DJ’s, from SEAN PAUL to PAUL VAN DYK, from JULIAN MARLEY to CALVIN HARRIS. A team of 12 dedicated concert specialists worked for nearly five months to realize this amazing project.

HIA WORLD CUP ACTIVATION

Hamad International Airport, Doha, Qatar

August – December 2022

At the beginning of 2022, our esteemed longterm client HIA commissioned us to develop a six months countdown program towards the FIFA WORLD CUP 2022 and with a gigantic activation during the cup itself in order to appropriately welcome the guests from all over the world. We developed a colorful and packed program consisting of parades, dance choreographies, flash mobs, walk acts, interactive experiences, actors and digital content.

OASIS STAGE ENTERTAINMENT SCHEME

Mall Of Qatar, Doha, Qatar

January – December 2017

After several years of preparation, our entertainment scheme celebrated its premiere on the OASIS stage in the MALL OF QATAR at the beginning of 2017. Our esteemed client UCC had commissioned us to develop and produce a comprehensive daily entertainment program for their stage in the heart of the mall. With over 100 actors and dancers, musicians and singers, technicians and operators, a complete costume and make-up team, carpenters and supervisors, this was the largest project we were able to implement in Qatar to date. Eight different large stage shows, as well as individual acts, musical performances and roaming acts, came together to form a colorful daily program. In addition, we also developed the entire stage system, including a 360 ̊ hydraulic round platform and the complete underground backhouse system with our team and our suppliers. In April 2017, we were also responsible for the massive opening ceremony of the Mall itself. A whole day of programming with tens of thousands of guests culminated in a performance by the classical pop quartet IL DIVO.

DISNEY’S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST

Al Mayassa Theatre at QNCC, Doha, Qatar

10 – 19 December 2015

We have presented this original Broadway version of the DISNEY THEATRICALS’ musical version of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST at Doha’s AL MAYASSA THEATRE in QNCC in December 2015. A masterpiece of musical theatre, this production with more than 10 sea containers was delivered directly from its prior tour city Bucharest on a sponsored Boeing 757, kindly provided by our partner QATAR AIRWAYS CARGO. Nine nights of Belle and her Beast prince, with a lavish and colorful production and more than 50 performers on stage. Doha was in Belle fever, with uncounted girls in yellow wedding gowns and a crowd that went crazy to the famous tunes.

CÉLINE DION for DUBAI WORLD EXPO 2020 BIDDING EVENT

Palais Brongniart, Paris, France

25 November 2013

For Dubai’s final bidding event of the WORLD EXPO 2020, the Emirate government invited their esteemed guests into the prestigious PALAIS BRONGNIART at Place de la Bourse in the heart of Paris. We were commissioned, last minute, to contract a top level artist – and finalized a full agreement with Canadian superstar CÉLINE DION within the span of 24 hours. She delivered an outstanding performance, indeed the first “unplugged” show in her career, in front of 200 stunned guests. We took care of the booking and contracting, as well as all transportation, hospitality and technical aspects for the Artist. The show and the success of the evening finally ended up with Dubai getting awarded for the WORLD EXPO 2020 only a few days later.
